Strategic Direction
Bold, measurable targets that guide our work and drive systemic change across Nigeria and Africa.
Where We're Headed
Our goals are not aspirations — they are commitments. Each target is tied to a measurable outcome, a defined timeline, and a dedicated team working to deliver lasting systemic change.
Through tech-enabled revenue mobilization structures — including digital payment gateways, taxpayer databases, and real-time compliance monitoring — we aim to grow the Internally Generated Revenue of at least three Nigerian state governments by 20–30%. This reduces their dependency on federal allocations and builds fiscal resilience at the state level.
Nigeria's fiscal sustainability requires a deliberate shift away from oil dependency. We are committed to developing and publishing a replicable Revenue Mobilization Standard that can be adopted by federal, state, and local government institutions — providing a framework for diverse, stable, and oil-independent revenue streams through non-oil taxation, levies, and service fees.
Building on our existing custodianship of UNDP SDG 6 and SDG 13 project funds, we plan to scale our role as finance custodians across additional Nigerian states — ensuring that critical SDG-aligned projects in water sanitation, climate adaptation, and clean energy reach more communities. We will partner with international development bodies, state governments, and CBOs to maximize the reach and impact of every naira deployed.

Looking Ahead
Expand IGR optimization programs to at least 3 additional state governments. Deploy digital revenue collection tools, establish compliance monitoring dashboards, and conduct taxpayer sensitization campaigns.
Develop and publish a national Revenue Mobilization Standard as a replicable blueprint. Partner with finance ministries, development agencies, and policy think-tanks to drive adoption across all tiers of government.
Scale SDG project financing beyond Nigeria — becoming Africa's preferred finance custodian for UNDP, GEF, and other multilateral SDG programs. Deliver clean water, climate resilience, and equitable growth across the continent.
